Daily Rate includes:
- Travelling by road within a radius of 300km from Hermanus
- Services of experienced professional hunter, trackers, skinners
and camp staff
- Full accommodation, laundry meals and alcoholic beverages
- Preservation of trophies in the field
Daily Rate does not
include:
- The hire of rifles and ammunition (R100.00 per rifle)
- Trophy dipping, packing and freighting (Done by local taxidermists
at client's expense
- We undertake to purchase a license, covering all game (currently
R180.00), on your behalf. Any license not applicable to normal
hunting practices (hunting out of season or with a bow etc.) must be
paid for by client
Terms of business:
A deposit of 50% of the Daily Rate is required to confirm a
Safari reservation. The balance is payable on arrival at the Hunting
area. Trophy fees are payable on completion of the Safari. A refund
of the deposit, less cost incurred, will only be considered if the
client cancelled sixty (60) days before the agreed upon starting
date and an alternative party could be booked for that Safari.
Safari charges become effective on the first day of the contracted
period and end on the termination date agreed upon. No refunds are
allowed for late arrivals or early departures.
Payments are to be made in cash only. Wounded and/or lost animals
must be paid for in full.
